There is ample parking available at Kaltenberg Castle!

There are 4,500 parking spaces available for cars. The route to the parking lots is well signposted. You will be greeted by our friendly parking attendants, who will direct you to the nearest available space.

There is a fee of EUR 5.00 for cars. Please have this ready when you enter.

The parking fee for motorhomes is EUR 10.00.
The parking fee for vehicles with trailers is EUR 15.00.

During the event, Kaltenberg is connected to public transportation via the special LVG 99 line.

Nearest train station: Geltendorf

Geltendorf station is just a few kilometers from Kaltenberg and offers connections to the S-Bahn and regional trains.

Special transport to the Kaltenberg Knight Tournament:

During the Kaltenberg Knight Tournament, a shuttle bus service will run every 15 minutes from Geltendorf train station (north bus stop) to Kaltenberg and back.

Please note the time of the last train.

There is limited parking for motorhomes at Kaltenberg Castle!

You can stay overnight in the parking lot with a motorhome—but without an awning or screens. You can only use the footprint of your vehicle.

If you wish to set up a sleeping tent, please inform the attendants when you enter the parking lot. You will then be assigned a suitable parking space.

There are no sanitary facilities or electricity for motorhomes. The route to the parking lots is well signposted. You will be welcomed by our friendly parking attendants, who will direct you to the nearest available space.

The parking fee for motorhomes is EUR 10.00.

The Kaltenberg Knight Tournament has a ticket system in which tickets are verified electronically at the entrance. This gives you the following options for obtaining tickets:

Print your ticket yourself:
When ordering via the online ticket system, you have the option of printing your ticket at home. It contains a unique electronic code that ensures that each ticket purchased is only valid for one admission.

Show your ticket on your smartphone:
Alternatively, you can also use your ticketdigitally on your smartphone. The ticket stored on your cell phone can bescanned directlyat the entranceusing the QR code. In this case, a printout is not necessary. Please ensure that your display is clearly legible and that the QR code is displayed in full.

Have your ticket sent to you:
You can also have your ticket sent to you. This ticket also contains a unique electronic code that ensures that each ticket purchased grants admission only once.

Children under 4 years of age
Children under 4 years of age are admitted free of charge. If you have purchased a seat ticket for yourself in the arena, the child may accompany you but must sit on your lap. If you would like a separate seat for your child, you can of course purchase a child ticket.

Discount for children aged 4–14
Children aged between 4 and 14 receive a 15% discount in all categories (excluding Sunday family specials).

Sunday Family Special On Sundays, children ages 4 to 14 receive a 30% discount in all categories.

Das Kinderturnier (ab 6. Jahren)
Ein Highlight für Kinder ist das Kinderturnier, das an allen Sonntagen im Anschluß an das Turnier in der Kaltenberg Arena stattfindet.

Note to parents:
We recommend that you do not bring infants and toddlers under the age of three to the arena. You know your child best: if they are a little fearful, it is better to postpone the knight tournament show until a later date, but there are also three-year-old fans of our Black Knight.

Groups of 20 or more (in all categories except Standing ticket box seats) receive a 5% discount on all days except for the Gauklernacht. Only one discount per ticket is allowed.

Discount for severely disabled persons (in all categories except box seats): 10% discount for 70 to 95% disability, 50% discount for 100% disability, 50% discount for a necessary accompanying person according to ID card, wheelchair users free of charge. 

Advance sales can only be booked by telephone or email, with a copy of your ID sent by fax or email. There are no shipping costs. Only one discount per ticket is possible.

Während der Veranstaltung kommen verschiedene Licht-, Ton- und Spezialeffekte zum Einsatz.

Hierzu zählen unter anderem:

• blitzartige Lichteffekte (Stroboskop-Effekte)
• Nebel- und Dunsttechnik
• laute Knall- und Geräuscheffekte

Diese Effekte können bei empfindlichen Personen gesundheitliche Reaktionen auslösen.

Bitte berücksichtigen Sie dies bei Ihrer Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung.

An allen Tagen bieten wir einen ermäßigten Spät-Einlass an. Wer erst zum Ausklang des Abends dazukommen möchte, erhält sein Nachtschwärmer-Ticket direkt an der Tageskasse. Der Verkauf startet 30 Minuten vor Ende der Arena-Show – also rund 1,5 Stunden nach deren Beginn.

Weil es sich um einen reinen Abend-Sondertarif und nicht um den regulären Eintritt handelt, fällt der Beitrag deutlich geringer aus: Erwachsene zahlen einen Sonderbeitrag von 10 €, Kinder von 5 €. Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner der Gemeinde Geltendorf erhalten das Nachtschwärmer-Ticket kostenfrei. Dieser Abendtarif gilt ausschließlich für den Spät-Einlass und ist kein regulärer Ticketpreis.
