Private photography and videography, as well as non-commercial posts on personal social media channels, are permitted on the event grounds without prior authorization. However, if the footage is to be used for commercial purposes—such as advertising, paid collaborations, or media productions—prior written authorization from the organizer is required. The same applies to the use of professional recording equipment: Since we assume commercial intent in this case, permission is also required for this, regardless of the stated purpose.

Drone flights and the use of unmanned aerial vehicles are strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises, without exception. Please submit any requests for permission in advance to: [email protected].

5. Media Accreditation:

The Kaltenberg Knights' Tournament issues press passes exclusively for current, editorial coverage of the event. Applicants must provide proof of employment with a media outlet engaged in journalistic activities (print, online, TV, radio, podcast, photography).

Important Note Regarding Awarding

The number of press seats available is limited. We expressly reserve the right to review each accreditation request individually and to decide at our sole discretion whether accreditation will be granted. There is no legal entitlement to a press pass. Priority will be given to applications from media outlets that plan to provide specific coverage of the 2026 Kaltenberg Knights’ Tournament and can provide evidence of this.

Requirements for Accreditation

– Proof of media affiliation (editorial ID, press pass, or contact at the editorial office)
