– Jugglers’ Night Friday July 12, 2024: Accreditation closed
– Evening Tournament Saturday July 13, 2024: Accreditation closed
– Day Tournament Sunday July 14, 2024: Accreditation closed

Second weekend:
– Night tournament Friday July 19, 2024: Accreditation closed
– Evening tournament Saturday July 20, 2024: Accreditation closed
– Day tournament Sunday July 21, 2024: Accreditation closed

Third weekend:
– Night tournament Friday July 26, 2024: Request by mail
– Evening tournament Saturday July 27, 2024: Request by mail
– Day tournament Sunday July 28, 2024: Request by mail
