Visiting Kaltenberg – a glance at our events

In July 2011 the gates will reopen to the world of medieval adventure.  Feel the excitement run through you when the second part of the Arthur-Trilogy  causes the arena to quake.  Encounter over 1,000 artists on the castle grounds and let yourself be carried away by the new musical highlights. The Kaltenberg Medieval Entertainers’ Night(=Gauklernacht) will once again this year, put you in the mood for a festival of myths and fantasy.  In addition to this, we offer you a very special music festival at the end of July, with Hubert von Goisern and friends  – open-air of course, in the Kaltenberg arena!

Punctually, at the start of spring, all garden and home lovers can look forward to a diverse exhibition at Kaltenburg Castle.  The garden show „Flower Magic“ will be opening at the beginning of May!

Kaltenberg Medieval Entertainers’ Night (Gauklernacht)

This night horse and rider rest and sword and lance have been laid aside.  The line between stage and audience blurs in the torchlight, when players and spectators join forces for a big celebration. Music Festival – Hubert von Goisern & Friends

In the Kaltenberg arena, the host Hubert von Goisern together with new and old friends will undertake an exciting musical expedition into the unknown. For the big festival finale on Sunday evening, all the top acts will come together on the stage.  A whole weekend of pure music, with a daily changing programme – it’s worth coming twice.
